Our primary targets are U.S. based profitable and growing companies with $5-$50 million in revenue. Our objective is to create mutually beneficial relationships with prospective sellers, their employees and customers, and our investment partners.

We provide a strong competitive advantage in the market place by taking an active management role in the companies that we acquire. Our active company management role illustrates our high level of commitment and dedication to building long-term sustainable companies. Through a seamless change in ownership transaction, we provide an attractive liquidity option for business owners, as well as divestiture options for corporate divisions that no longer fit the strategic focus of their parent companies.
